You’ll drive requirements gathering, process re-engineering, and support our Agile teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

• 📌 Manage Product Backlogs & Agile documentation
• 🤝 Work with Client SMEs & stakeholders
• 📝 Prepare SRS, User Stories, Process Maps & Prototypes
• 🧠 Analyze & improve business processes
• 🛠️ Use tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Draw.io
• ✅ Ensure quality assurance & smooth communication

• ✅ 5+ years as Business Analyst
• ✅ Strong "Logistics / Supply Chain" knowledge
• ✅ Excellent communication & analytical skills
• ✅ Hands-on with Agile tools & documentation
