As a BA + QA professional, you will:
- Partner with clients, product owners, and developers to analyze airline-specific requirements.
- Drive functional testing, regression, integration, and UAT support.
- Create test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for airline applications.
- Lead QA efforts to ensure high-quality product delivery across environments.
- Manage defects and provide clear QA sign-offs for releases.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong airline domain knowledge:
- ✈️ Passenger Service Systems (PSS)
- ✈️ Booking & Ticketing flows
- ✈️ Loyalty programs (FFP/Alliances)
- ✈️ Ancillaries & merchandising
- Sabre GDS / Native tool experience
Proven experience in QA (test design, execution, defect management)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Browserstack, Postman, automation tools
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
