<h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Collect, organize, and optimize multi-dimensional data (sales, costs, operations) to ensure accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Build data models and conduct in-depth analysis to uncover potential problems, opportunities, and business insights.</li><li>Prepare weekly, monthly, and special project analysis reports to support management’s strategic decisions.</li><li>Monitor key business metrics (sales, profit margin, conversion rates, etc.), identify anomalies, and propose improvement actions.</li><li>Design and maintain visualization dashboards using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, FineBI, etc.).</li><li>Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and other teams to provide customized data support and actionable recommendations.</li><li>Conduct forecasting (sales, inventory demand) and perform risk assessment to support proactive business strategies.</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analysis (preferably in catering, retail, internet, or FMCG industry).</li><li>Proficient in SQL, Python, R, Excel, and data analysis tools.</li><li>Skilled in BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, FineBI, etc.).</li><li>Strong logical thinking, business acumen, and sensitivity to data.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.</li><li>Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) to effectively collaborate in a multicultural environment.</li><li>Resilient under pressure and able to deliver in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
