1. Sales and Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, focusing on multi-brand car workshops as the primary clientele. Conduct sales calls and client meetings to engage potential and existing workshop clients. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Ensure maximum usage of the AutoDukan application by clients to streamline their part selection, procurement, and order tracking. 2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with multi-brand car workshops by understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions. Deliver exceptional customer service and address client inquiries related to products, orders, and delivery timelines. 3. Market Expansion and Strategy: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities. Actively explore and assess new markets to expand AutoDukans reach among multi-brand workshops. 4. Operations Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations and product availability. Negotiate and finalize sales contracts and agreements with clients. 5. Reporting and Insights: Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance metrics, and market insights to the management team. Use data-driven approaches to forecast sales and identify areas for improvement.
