Job Description

Bid on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and similar platforms. Analyze project requirements, prepare winning proposals, and respond to client queries. Maintain a high response and success rate for submitted bids. Identify new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, WhatsApp marketing, and website leads. Maintain a lead pipeline and manage CRM tools (Zoho CRM, Hubspot & Salesforce). Provide weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and sales performance.
