Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The role is suitable for fresh MBA graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in industries such as modular furniture, real estate, interiors, builders, aluminium, or UPVC. The candidate must have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong professional relationships. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales. Identify and approach potential clients in the real estate, interior, UPVC, Aluminium and building material sectors. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, and builders. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions. Maintain follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Requirements: MBA (Mandatory) - Marketing/Sales specialization preferred. Freshers or candidates with 0-6 months of experience may apply. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn. Willingness to work in a field sales environment. Perks & Benefits: Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on skills and experience). Incentives & performance-based allowances.
