Job Description

<p>We are hiring a Business Development Executive (IT Sales) with atleast 6 months of proven experience in B2B sales, client handling, and lead generation, negotiation, target oriented, communication skills. The role involves identifying potential clients, pitching IT services or solutions, and closing deals to support business growth. This is a full-time, onsite position in Hyderabad.</p><p>Key Responsibilities :</p><ul><li>Generate leads through various platforms (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, references)</li><li>Engage with prospective clients to understand business needs and pitch IT services/products</li><li>Schedule meetings and conduct client presentations or demos </li><li>Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders</li><li>Coordinate with technical teams to draft proposals and pricing</li><li>Negotiate terms and close deals to archieve monthly/quarterly targets</li><li>Track sales pipeline and submit regular progress reports</li><li>Maintain CRM tools for lead and activity tracking</li></ul><p>Qualifications & Requirements :</p><ul><li>Min 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT sales/ Software Services Sales/ B2B sales</li><li>Hands-on experience in lead generation and client communication</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills</li><li>Understanding of IT products, software development, or staffing services</li><li>Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad (WFO)</li><li>Immediate joiners will be prioritized</li></ul>
