Job Description

<p>We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth & BD Lead to help us take our flagship product to market. This is a zero-to-one leadership role — ideal for someone who thrives on building from scratch, working closely with founders, and shaping how products reach their audience.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Lead GTM strategy and customer acquisition</li><li>Identify and grow strategic partnerships and early customer relationships</li><li>Design and run outbound & inbound sales experiments</li><li>Own discovery calls, demos, and onboarding experiences</li><li>Collaborate with product & marketing on messaging and positioning</li><li>Track pipeline, growth KPIs, and shape scalable playbooks</li></ul><h3>You Might Be a Fit If You:</h3><ul><li>Have experience in SaaS BD, partnerships, or early-stage GTM</li><li>Communicate clearly and hustle with intent</li><li>Have built traction in zero-to-one environments</li><li>Enjoy storytelling, outreach, and customer engagement</li><li>Think like a founder and execute like a growth hacker</li></ul>
