Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents
- Drive business growth in the assigned territory
- Focus on Motor SME and Non-Motor business in the agency vertical
- Monitor and support agent performance to achieve sales targets
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure business development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Graduate (Regular or Correspondence)
