<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents</li><li>Drive business growth in the assigned territory</li><li>Focus on Motor SME and Non-Motor business in the agency vertical</li><li>Monitor and support agent performance to achieve sales targets</li><li>Conduct regular field visits to ensure business development</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations</li></ul><h3>Candidate Requirements:</h3><p>Education: Graduate (Regular or Correspondence)</p><p>Experience:3-5 years of experience in insurance salesPreference for candidates with experience in Motor Health / Non-Motor business under Agency ChannelStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTarget-oriented and self-driven</p>
