Job Description

<p>We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager - US Medical Billing to lead the growth efforts in the Medical Billing services vertical. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system, RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), and a proven ability to close B2B deals. This is a leadership role, managing a small team of account executives or SDRs, driving revenue, and building lasting client relationships across North America.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>✔ Identify and pursue new business opportunities for medical billing services across the US and Canada</li><li>✔ Conduct outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, industry events) to book meetings and demos</li><li>✔ Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and onboarding handoff</li><li>✔ Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (clinic owners, practice managers, physicians, CFOs)</li><li>✔ Prepare ROI-driven presentations, proposals, and pricing solutions for clients</li><li>✔ Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and lead generation strategies</li><li>✔ Track pipeline, deal stages, and revenue forecast in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)</li><li>✔ Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to generate leads and stay updated on trends</li><li>✔ Provide feedback to internal teams to improve offerings and enhance client satisfaction</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>✔ Fluent English communication</li><li>✔ Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare system, billing codes, payer mix, and RCM process</li><li>✔ Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in a consultative selling environment</li><li>✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>✔ Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards</li></ul><h3>Tools & Software (Hands-on Experience Required):</h3><ul><li>CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce (or similar)</li><li>Communication: RingCentral, Zoom, Slack</li><li>Sales Enablement: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo (or similar)</li><li>Data/Analytics: Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau</li><li>Proposal Tools: PandaDoc, DocuSign</li></ul>
