Job Description

JAN-PRO Facility Management KSA is looking for hiring a Business Development Manager Soft Services Division (cleaning, pest control, waste management, landscaping, and hospitality support). Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across government, healthcare, corporate, and commercial sectors - Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and research - Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders - Prepare, submit, and follow up on proposals and tender bids - Register and maintain company profiles on client procurement portals - Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth contract execution - Meet or exceed company sales targets and revenue objectives - Collaborate with operations and service delivery teams to align promises with delivery capabilities - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform strategy Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in facility management with focus on soft services - Demonstrated success in lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing - Strong leadership and team collaboration skills - Solid understanding of Riyadh and Saudi Arabian FM market - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Fluency in Arabic and English
