We are hiring a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth in the IT services and consulting space. The ideal candidate will excel in lead generation, client relationship management, and understanding client needs to provide tailored IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation
Identify potential clients via LinkedIn, cold calling, referrals, job boards, and email outreach.
Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline for IT services (web/mobile app development, cloud, DevOps, QA, etc.).
Client Relationship Management
Develop strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Serve as the point of contact for client needs and ensure high satisfaction.
Understand business challenges and position relevant IT solutions.
Client Need Fulfillment
Gather and analyze client requirements.
Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to propose appropriate solutions.
Follow through from proposal to closure and handover to the delivery team.
Sales Lifecycle Management
Own the complete sales cycle from initial conversation to deal closure.
Prepare business proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Market Research & Strategy
Track market trends and competitors.
