<p>Are you a driven and results-oriented professional with a passion for IT services and digital marketing? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help us expand our client base.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Generate new business through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and events</li><li>Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads</li><li>Understand client needs and align them with our IT and digital marketing services</li><li>Prepare proposals, deliver impactful presentations, and close deals</li><li>Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored solutions</li><li>Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market changes</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field</li><li>2-5 years of experience in IT services sales (B2C or enterprise environment)</li><li>Strong knowledge of website development, design, SEO, PPC, and social media services</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Experience selling to international clients (US, UK, Middle East, etc.)</li><li>Prior experience in IT services companies or digital marketing agencies</li></ul>
