Job Description

Primary Skills: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 8+ years of experience in Finance domain Lead analysis phases to identify, track, escalate and/or resolve business systems issues in an Agile environment Act as the liaison between the technology teams and support teams for product delivery Requirements management and communication requirements walkthroughs; scope and change management; traceability; Backlog Grooming Create, Document and Maintain Data Mapping Documents, Integration Requirement Documents, Non-Functional Requirement Documents and Use case documents Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted and stakeholder requirements responsibilities Perform impact analysis to identify impact to existing applications/Services Manage risks, assumptions, and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties Experience in Incident Management and RCA Experience in JIRA and Confluence Tool usage Strong data analysis and strong Excel skills Experience in RDBMS Nice-to-have Wealth Management Domain knowledge is an advantage Secondary Skills: Very good communication and other soft skills Should be a proactive team player who can work independently Working with agile methodology, multidisciplinary team Detail-oriented & very organized
