We are looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our property management team. The Carpenter will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks to maintain and repair properties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform carpentry work including fitting doors, windows, and frames.
• Repair and replace damaged woodwork.
• Construct and install cabinets, shelving, and other fixtures.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Required Skills:
• Proven experience as a Carpenter.
• Knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail.
