Opening Section
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CDP Indian to join our culinary team. As a CDP, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. This role requires a strong understanding of Indian cuisine, particularly curry and tandoor dishes, and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Indian dishes, including curries and tandoor items, according to established recipes and standards.
- Manage and supervise the assigned kitchen section.
- Ensure food quality and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in Indian cuisine, especially curry and tandoor.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
