Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Oversee all accounting, tax, and administrative functions.
• Optimize cash flow and ensure profitability.
• Present financial results and insights to the Board of Directors.
• Supervise finance, admin, HR, and procurement teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Mexican tax regulations.
• Experience with ERP implementation (Odoo preferred).
• Advanced Business English proficiency.
• Proven experience in agribusiness and export.
