<p>The Chairman Office Manager is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Chairman, ensuring efficient office operations, and facilitating communication within the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>* Manage the Chairman's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.<br/>* Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for the Chairman.<br/>* Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Chairman.<br/>* Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.<br/>* Maintain office records and files.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.<br/>* Strong written and verbal communication skills.<br/>* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.<br/>* Ability to maintain confidentiality.</p>
