Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to oversee and coordinate nursing activities within a specific unit or department. The Charge Nurse will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct nursing staff in the delivery of patient care.
• Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Monitor patient conditions and ensure timely interventions.
• Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.

Required Skills

• Valid DoH license (Abu Dhabi).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
