We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Chief Accountant to manage the accounting operations and financial reporting. The Chief Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
* Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
* Supervise and mentor a team of accounting staff.
* Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies.

Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems (ERP).
* Excellent skills in financial analysis and reporting.
* Ability to lead teams and coordinate with different departments.
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
