<h3>🎯KPI's (what you’ll do)</h3><h3>Strategic Leadership:</h3><ul><li>Define and execute a focused turnaround strategy in line with evolving market realities.</li><li>Identify and double down on core revenue drivers while cutting unprofitable activities.</li><li>Lead crisis management and strategic planning across all levels of the organization.</li></ul><h3>Financial Discipline:</h3><ul><li>Manage tight budgets with precision, optimize cash flow, and ensure capital efficiency.</li><li>Drive fundraising efforts if required — from bootstrapping to investor relations.</li><li>Champion lean operations and cost-effective decision-making.</li></ul><h3>Operational Excellence:</h3><ul><li>Improve unit economics and streamline operational efficiency.</li><li>Oversee product & tech teams to ensure a lean and effective digital platform.</li><li>Align offerings with key market segments — B2B, long-term rentals.</li></ul><h3>Team Leadership:</h3><ul><li>Inspire and retain a high-performing, agile team.</li><li>Cultivate a culture of transparency, ownership, urgency, and frugality.</li><li>Restructure and upskill teams to align with new priorities.</li></ul><h3>Customer & Market Focus:</h3><ul><li>Lead customer acquisition and retention with limited marketing spend.</li><li>Leverage data to identify profitable channels and drive segment-focused growth.</li><li>Oversee communication strategies to rebuild trust in a competitive market.</li></ul>
