Job Description
Retail company with a robust national presence, offering a wide portfolio of products and a strong customer base. As we move towards becoming a listed entity and entering the next phase of our growth, we are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, strengthen our compliance framework, and drive our IPO journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the companys financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Build and oversee financial systems to support scalability and listing readiness.
2. Drive the end-to-end process of Initial Public Offering (IPO), including due diligence, regulatory filings, investor roadshows, and liaison with SEBI, merchant bankers, and legal advisors.
3. Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements for listed companies.
4. Oversee accounting, audit, taxation, treasury, MIS, and risk management functions.
5. Present financial reports to the board, investors, and stakeholders with strategic insights.
6. Strengthen internal controls, governance practices, and corporate transparency.
7. Evaluate and lead capital raising efforts, M&A activities, and investor relations.
Desired Profile:
1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance / CPA or equivalent.
Proven track record in successfully leading IPO process from preparation to post-listing compliance.
2. Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), SEBI regulations, and Companies Act.
3. Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
