About the Role

Arzag Plus - Dynamic Ventures & Startups is seeking an experienced CFO to lead its financial strategy and operations. This is a key leadership position for a visionary finance professional eager to drive growth and innovation.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and guide finance and accounting teams across multiple business entities
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting activities
• Oversee investment initiatives, fundraising, and capital allocation
• Ensure compliance with Saudi financial and accounting standards
• Collaborate with executives on shaping and executing strategic plans
• Assess financial performance, mitigate risks, and deliver clear insights
• Support supply chain and logistics from a financial standpoint
• Develop and implement systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency

Requirements & Profile

• Strong track record managing multi-entity finance functions
• Extensive hands-on experience in financial management, investment, and reporting
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate financial data into business impact
• Background in startups, scale-ups, and venture building is highly preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi financial standards and regulations
• Experience in supply chain and logistics finance is an added advantage
