We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function of our fast-growing, promoter-led mid-size corporate client based in Delhi NCR. The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and driving strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
• Manage the finance and accounting teams, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee private equity (PE) transactions, IPO processes, and other strategic financial initiatives.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
