<p>We are looking for a CFO with 15+ years of experience to spearhead our financial strategy and guide us through the next phase of expansion.</p><ul><li>Lead IPO readiness & execution - working with bankers, regulators & advisors</li><li>Strengthen financial governance, controls & compliance</li><li>Drive transparency & reporting standards (Ind-AS/IFRS)</li><li>Build strong investor relations & communication strategies</li><li>Partner with leadership to fuel business growth and long-term value creation</li></ul><p>What we’re looking for:</p><ul><li>Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)</li><li>Proven track record as Head of Finance / Senior Financial Leader</li><li>Hands-on experience in financial planning, risk management, and capital markets</li></ul>
