• Lead IPO readiness & execution - working with bankers, regulators & advisors
• Strengthen financial governance, controls & compliance
• Drive transparency & reporting standards (Ind-AS/IFRS)
• Build strong investor relations & communication strategies
• Partner with leadership to fuel business growth and long-term value creation

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Proven track record as Head of Finance / Senior Financial Leader
• Hands-on experience in financial planning, risk management, and capital markets
