We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Legal Affairs Officer (CLO) to lead our legal affairs and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations for our crude oil and refinery derivatives trading business in the UAE. The CLO will be responsible for providing legal advice, managing legal risks, and representing the company in legal matters.

• Provide legal advice and guidance to the company's leadership team.
• Manage legal risks and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings.
• Manage and oversee external legal counsel.
