• Lead the strategic development and implementation of medication safety initiatives, policies, and quality improvement projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across four UPMC hospitals to advance the medication safety agenda and drive the dissemination and adoption of best practice in this area.
• Oversee the ongoing development of the Medicines Information function, supporting formulary management, new medicine reviews, and proactive dissemination of best practice guidance on the safe use of medication.
• Foster a culture of openness, continuous improvement, and innovation in medication safety and medicines information.
