Are you a motivated and talented Civil Engineer with a passion for land development and infrastructure? We're recruiting on behalf of a growing and dynamic consulting firm seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their Los Angeles office.

You'll play a key role in delivering a variety of civil engineering projects throughout Southern California, with an emphasis on land development and municipal infrastructure. Your tasks may include:

Land Development & Site Design:

• Subdivision design and lot layout
• Grading and drainage plans
• Street improvement and roadway design
• Parking lot and site circulation design
• ADA compliance and accessibility features

Infrastructure & Utilities:

• Water and sewer system design
• Storm drain and flood control systems
• Dry utilities coordination (gas, electric, telecom)
• Public improvement design
• Traffic impact analysis support

Regulatory Compliance & Permitting:

• City of LA and county agency coordination
• Caltrans highway encroachment permits
• NPDES and water quality compliance
• CEQA environmental documentation support
• Plan check and approval process management

Project Support:

• Construction documents and specifications
• Quantity take-offs and cost estimating
• Construction administration and field observation
• Coordination with architects, surveyors, and other consultants
• Client communication and project scheduling
