The Civil Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for building construction projects in the UAE. This role requires a deep understanding of the UAE construction market, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in estimation software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for civil engineering projects.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine accurate cost estimates.
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to refine project scope and costs.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in estimation software (Candy, MS Excel).
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction market rates.
- Ability to coordinate with project teams.
