Civil Supervision & Site Management: Supervise daily civil construction and maintenance activities at the site. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for timely project completion. Inspect materials, workmanship, and maintain quality control. Prepare and maintain daily work progress reports for management. Assist in planning and execution of civil works including foundations, structures, and drainage. Ensure adherence to local building codes and safety regulations. Manage labor force productivity, discipline, and safety on site. Coordinate material procurement and inventory management. Additional Responsibilities: Liaise with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations. Monitor site safety and enforce health & safety policies.
