<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Review IFC drawings and project specifications to develop detailed technical documentation</li><li>Prepare shop drawings for civil works, including blockwork, finishes, and architectural details</li><li>Coordinate with structural and architectural teams for design validation and resolving conflicts</li><li>Review and prepare PQDs, material submittals, and method statements</li><li>Provide technical support to site teams, ensuring adherence to design intent and regulations</li><li>Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues</li><li>Conduct site inspections and assist in QA/QC processes</li><li>Support value engineering proposals and identify cost-effective construction solutions</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant authority guidelines (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DMCC, etc.)</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university</li><li>4-6 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry</li><li>Proficient in UAE building codes, standards, and authority approval processes</li><li>Strong skills in AutoCAD, 3D Software, MS Office, and project management tools</li><li>Experience in steel structures and finishing works</li><li>Excellent at preparing shop drawings, submittals, and coordinating construction workflows</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)</li><li>Available to join immediately or on short notice</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):</h3><ul><li>Knowledge of structural design principles</li><li>Familiarity with engineering software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, or equivalent</li></ul>
