Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and monitor patients' conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
* Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and medication management.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
