Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care services to patients, including medication therapy management, drug information, and patient education. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of pharmacology, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Provide medication therapy management services to patients.
• Monitor patient medication adherence and response.
• Provide drug information and education to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research.

Required Skills

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Current pharmacist license.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
