Key Skills and responsibilities : - V.Good administrative/clerical procedures -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Manage patient registration, billing , appointments, and scheduling and insurance requirement -Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. -Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and compassionate manner. -Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to support smooth clinic operations. Requirements: -Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting. -Proficiency in MS Office and hospital/clinic management systems. -Ability to multitask and work under pressure. -Positive, patient-focused attitude with attention to detail. - Working independently and as part of a team - Excellent time-management/organizational skills - V.Good Written/verbal communication skills - Competency in Microsoft application - knowledge of basic accounting procedures
