Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to machine firearm components to tight tolerances Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and GD&T drawings Set up tooling, fixtures, and make program edits as needed Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards Collaborate with engineers and quality control to optimize processes and improve product consistency
