We are building a powerful, multi-site admin panel on a modern Next.js stack, positioned to disrupt the space currently dominated by Shopify and BigCommerce. Our platform will initially serve the Blogging, Ecommerce, and Real Estate niches, with plans to expand. The founder, a Next.js developer, has laid the groundwork and is now seeking a strategic technical partner to build and scale the company together. The Role: This is more than a job; it's an opportunity to be a co-founder. We are looking for a visionary CTO to take ownership of the entire technical strategy and execution. You will be the architect of our platform's future, leading all aspects of development, infrastructure, and team growth. While you will be hands-on initially, your primary role will be to provide technical leadership and align our technology with our ambitious business goals. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the long-term technical vision, architecture, and roadmap. Lead the development of a scalable, secure, and multi-tenant SaaS platform. Oversee and manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and maintenance. Architect and manage complex systems, including payment gateway integrations, marketing automation workflows, and multi-platform integrations. Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team. Coordinate with future marketing, sales, and distribution teams to ensure technology enables their success. Play a key role in the company's strategic planning and contribute to fundraising efforts from a technical standpoint. Who You Are: An experienced technical leader with a background as a Senior Engineer, Architect, or CTO in a startup environment. Demonstrated experience building and scaling complex web applications and SaaS products. Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit. Hands-on, but able to delegate and lead. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating a technical vision to developers, partners, and investors.
