Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine cost estimates.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather pricing information.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities that may impact project costs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date cost data.

Required Skills:

• Estimating experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam for digital takeoffs.
• Familiarity with Procore.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
