We're seeking a highly technical and hands-on Commercial Lines Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and implementation of cutting-edge commercial lines insurance programs. This pivotal role is responsible for creating comprehensive products that meet market demands and fuel significant business growth. What You'll Do: Lead end-to-end development of new commercial lines insurance programs. Create, enhance, and implement products that drive ROI and market share. Analyze competitor filings, market data, and industry trends to identify opportunities. Develop and execute robust product strategies aligned with business goals. Lead cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders. Manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering on time and within budget. Oversee the development and submission of regulatory filings via SERFF and IRFS. What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. 5+ years of commercial lines product management experience within the insurance industry (Required). Deep understanding of the #P&C insurance industry, specifically commercial lines. Proven track record of delivering successful insurance programs meeting/exceeding #ROI. Strong familiarity with #ISO rules, forms, and #regulatory filing processes (Highly Preferred). Experience analyzing competitor filings and market data (Highly Preferred). Strong data analysis skills; experience with advanced data creation/analysis (Highly Preferred). #CPCU or similar insurance certification (Preferred).
