Job Description
We are seeking a Communications, Engagement & Events Consultant to support internal branding, communications, and event initiatives for a global technology team based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal communications, content creation, and large-scale event management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead internal and external branding initiatives including social media, video production, digital assets, and flagship events
Design and maintain intranet sites with engaging content
Provide ad-hoc communications support to local stakeholders
Develop strategic content schedules around key campaigns and events
Write impactful blogs, newsletters, and internal site content
Create emailers and presentations (basic HTML and MS Office proficiency preferred)
Track metrics and success indicators for campaigns using Excel
Manage logistics for multi-region initiatives and recruitment events
Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Multimedia, Corporate Services, HR, Security) for seamless execution
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in technology hiring
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3 to 6 years of experience in branding, communications, and event management
Proven ability to manage large-scale events independently
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management
Bachelors degree (mandatory)
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
