Job Description

<p>Our client is delivering a £25m Lab new build project in Hertfordshire and is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of site operations, lead supply chain partners, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.</p><ul><li>Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with HSE and CDM regulations</li><li>Manage subcontractors and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders</li><li>Ensure SHEQ policies are fully implemented and site records are maintained</li><li>Lead site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings</li><li>Mentor and support staff, driving performance and maintaining a positive team culture</li><li>Contribute to planning, logistics, and programme management</li></ul>
