Serve as the primary client contact, setting clear expectations from project start to finish.
- Prepare accurate project estimates and review specifications, drawings, and contracts.
- Lead and supervise construction efforts to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
- Coordinate onsite activities, schedules, and engineering functions while supporting administrative staff.
- Direct and mentor superintendents, craft employees, and subcontractors.
- Review drawings, recommend methods/equipment, and issue change orders when needed.
- Drive productivity, efficient resource use, and profitability.
- Prepare monthly reports, cost forecasts, and project status updates.
- Oversee contract administration including owner agreements, subcontractor agreements, scheduling, RFIs, shop drawings, and change orders.
- Ensure complete and accurate project closeout documentation.
