Job Description
The Content Creator/Social Media Strategist is responsible for developing engaging written and visual content that showcases properties and reinforces the brands identity. This role involves designing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth across various platforms including Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and a strategist, with the ability to create compelling content and analyze data to inform future campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and edit captions, blogs, and copy for posts across platforms
- Develop original, engaging, and brand-aligned content (text, images, video, reels, stories, etc.).
- Suggest creative campaign ideas to promote listings and brand awareness
- Collaborate during video shoots to script or outline content
- Develop and execute a content calendar
- Post content regularly across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) including listings, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes clips
- Engage with followers, responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries
- Track analytics and recommend improvements
- Stay up to date with trends and adapt content for reels or stories
- Support ad campaign execution
Requirements:
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and creativity
- Proficiency in design and editing tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfortable with mobile photography and videography (Reels, TikToks, walkthroughs)
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics)
- Understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks or deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
