We are seeking a creative and organised Content Creator / Social Media Manager / Sales Recorder to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and maintain accurate sales records. This hybrid role bridges both online engagement and offline sales operations, requiring someone proactive, trustworthy, and skilled at balancing multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging photo, video, and written content for the company’s social media platforms.
- Manage social media accounts, respond to messages, and engage with followers to grow the brand.
- Handle customer inquiries related to posted content and provide accurate product information.
- Assist customers online and via phone, ensuring timely responses to their questions.
- Record daily sales transactions accurately using a computer.
- Work closely with the sales executive to align physical sales with online engagement.
- Maintain transparent and accurate sales records to prevent errors or fraud.
Requirements
- Minimum of National Diploma (ND) or equivalent.
- 2-3 years’ experience in content creation, social media management, or sales/inventory recording.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Ability to create content (photos, videos, graphics) that drives engagement.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales/inventory software (advantageous).
- Organised, proactive, and trustworthy.
- Language: Fluent in English.
