We are seeking a Contract & Commercial Manager to manage contracts and commercial aspects of airport projects in Madinah. The Contract & Commercial Manager will be responsible for ensuring that contracts are negotiated and managed effectively, and that commercial risks are identified and mitigated.

Key Responsibilities:
* Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
* Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
* Manage project budgets and financial performance.
* Prepare and review commercial reports.
