A locally-owned general contractor, known for cutting-edge projects and client care, is looking for a Contracts Manager/Payroll expert with prevailing wage and union experience. Is this the job for you?
- You’ll handle contract administration, payroll data entry, and accounts payable
- You’ll set up new vendors, draft and process documents, and keep files accurate
- You’ll maintain payroll data and resolve any inconsistencies
- You’ll assist with reporting obligations for payroll, vendor payment, and more
- You have 2+ years of proven Contracts, AP, and Payroll experience
- You’re knowledgeable about union payroll, construction, and have strong attention to detail
- Degree (or strong equivalent experience) in business admin, finance, or accounting preferred
