Key Responsibilities:
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Manage and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
* Monitor project costs, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
* Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports.
* Provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams.
