Job Description
Contract Management: Prepare, review, and manage contracts in accordance with FIDIC (Yellow Book) standards.
Quantity Surveying: Perform detailed quantity surveying tasks, including cost estimation, valuation, and cost control.
Contractual Compliance: Ensure all contractual obligations and deliverables are met by the project team and contractors.
Claims & Variations: Assess claims and variation orders, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of contract correspondence, change orders, and approvals.
