Oversee commissioning activities with a focus on safety and timely delivery. Review construction scopes and contribute expertise in commissioning design. Prepare and support Commissioning and Start-Up (CSU) plans. Monitor HSE compliance, manage vendors, and oversee start-up/shutdown processes.
